Today, Kelly Clark is a Partner at the prominent, Oregon-based law practice O'Donnell Clark & Crew LLP. Kelly Clark leverages a unique background with a wide-ranging skill set toward his current position. Kelly Clark began his professional career as an Associate at Bouneff, Chally & Marshall. After five years practicing law, Kelly Clark was elected to the position of State Representative of Oregon. As a State Representative, Kelly Clark instituted numerous important changes, including co-authoring the Oregon Statute of Limitations on Child Abuse, as well as a ban on the possession of child pornography. When his term ended, Kelly Clark practiced law privately for five years before co-founding O'Donnell Clark & Crew with Mark P. O'Donnell. Kelly Clark earned his Juris Doctor in 1983 from Lewis and Clark Law School, where he studied constitutional, administrative, and environmental law. Kelly Clark additionally possesses a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Lewis and Clark College. Having maintained an interest in theology, Kelly Clark is currently a candidate for a Master of Divinity from Trinity College Theological School. Currently, Kelly Clark resides in Portland, Oregon, where he enjoys fly fishing, taking photographs, and playing golf in his spare time.
